Alappuzha or as it was known earlier, Alleppey is the District Headquarters of a small district called Alleppey in the State of Kerala, which is more suitably known as God's Own Country.
If one travels through all the districts of Kerala, you can see that the small town of Alleppey or Alappuzha as I would like to call is still almost the same and least untouched by the vagaries of Man or even, Mother Nature.
As I go around the town even now, i still feel an elation of homecoming every time I come back for my vacation from my job abroad. I am happy going around the small streets especially the Mullakkal street, where I can surely meet even one of my classmates or friends anytime.
